We offer a wide array of sake with regards to region and style. Our staff is well-versed in helping navigate your options to choose the right sake for your dish, palate and occasion.
WHISKY
We are happy to offer our guests a broad range of whiskies from Japan, Scotland, Ireland and the United States. Whether a whisky novice or connoisseur, you are sure to find just the right whisky to satisfy you.
SHOCHU
We use Shochu as a building block in our cocktails. We also offer Shochu as a "stand alone" beverage option. Shochu is akin to vodka in style and versatility and is derived from a range of ingredients.
COCKTAIL
Our cocktails are lovingly crafted in-house using premium liquors, fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juices and house made syrups. The care we take to "build" your cocktail is evident in each glass!
BEER
KOMÉ’s beer selection is carefully collated with our cuisine in mind. Our imported and domestic selection is highlighted by a broad selection of Hitachino craft beers from Japan.
